Deep Impregnation

The machine is used to impregnate wood, to be used as timbers and planks and so on, in order to protect the wood against dry rot and insects. The process secures a better quality of the wood

Machine specification

The machine is formed of two steel tanks, the outer one securing and the inner one delivering wood inside to be impregnated and back outside. The movement is based on two systems – electric and hydraulic. The wood stabilization before its lift in the impregnation liquid is efficient. The time of the impregnation process itself can be set and varies from 1 second to 10 hours. After this time the wood spontaneously leaves the tank and moves to the point of departure so that the liquid can dribble. The wood can be transported by a lift truck with a forward or side up-stroke or a rowan.

Elektric and hydraulic part:

The electric mains is 380 W, the input is 3-6 kW. The transfer and stabilization is provided by hydraulic system which is in compliance with effective standards. Bearing capacity of the machine is from 8 up to 12 tons.

Machine complements

The machine can be complemented with a roof part including aluminum plate, electric heater with the electric input of 3 x 6 kW. Draining tubs are also available.
