Vacuum pressure impregnation

We offer various configurations of a pressure machine; mostly the boiler is situated above a tank which is fastened in a concrete foundation.

The machine as such is evaluated according to EN in terms of pressure as well as calculation, construction, production, testing including take over and documentation. Technologically it is designed to meet the requirements of the vacuum level – 0, 09 MPa, pressure – mostly 0, 8 MPa, see DIN 68 800 part III.

Each configuration is very individual as it is based on specific requirements of each client with needs of different impregnation modifications. The control of the machine might be either manual or fully automatic. Of course there is a document about the whole process of impregnation attached.

Machine specification

The boilers differ in size according to client’s requirements, for example:

Examples

These are mainly autoclaves used for impregnation of wood of various diameters, lengths and operating pressures. It always depends on the specific requirements of the customer. There are also autoclaves in which rubber is vulcanized or wood is steamed. Autoclaves are operated, for example, in Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, England, Ireland, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Belarus, Hungary, Russia.
